What type of シャツ would go with a pencil skirt?

Im going sorta on a date... Its tuesday of 次 week. & i want to wear something nice. But im not sure what type of 上, ページのトップへ to wear with a pencil skirt. (goes to mid thigh, a bit higher) i have a black and white pencil skirt. So what 上, ページのトップへ would go with either black または white?
