Would it be ok?

I was wondering if it's ok to take PMS pills when I'm not on my period. I wanted to take them so I'm not moody/emotional all the time. Would this be safe, または would it give me stomach aches または something?

I am not a psyhcologist, but あなた should not be taking PMS pills. The internet is not where あなた ask if あなた need drugs. あなた should try talking to a doctor about maybe going on anti-deppressants. If あなた are angry/moody. または あなた can try therapy. Sorry, that I sound like a Mom.

It should be okay every once in a while. DO NOT do it often.

These pills have high levels of Acetaminophen, a painkiller. It's not particularly strong, but it is dangerous to take too frequently. It can cause liver damage.

honestly, taking non-RX pills to alter your mood または emotions, または to relax あなた seems like substance abuse, and can probably cause some degree of addiction problems, since あなた want to take them to effect your mood, like all other drugs.

It's a bit extreme and sketchy, I wouldn't do it.
