Yes, it's okay not to be crushing on anyone at your age または dating anyone either. There isn't any rules pertaining to when あなた should または shouldn't anyway, it's up to you. You're still young, あなた should go out and have fun and be yourself. Don't worry about guys and don't try to be pressured into thinking your strange about not having feelings for anyone. It's not important, it will come naturally to あなた later and if not, that's still okay too.
