How old is Blair(PCS)?

So here's what I got from the movie. Blair's parents died 17 years ago, when she was 1(it was stated in the movie), so that makes her 18 years old, right? But on the バービー 映画 wiki it was implicitly stated that she's 17. Now I know the wiki isn't the most reliable source(most of the time), but this makes me confused. Anyone knows her exact age? Cause to me she looks too young to be 18...

Also I think her mum クイーン Isabella was crownd when she was 18 .All girls in PCS are 18
