Cinders LOL! I can't say right AWAY that I'll vote republican if Obama utterly lets us down-- I'd have to see the candidate, first! If Palin follows through on her threats about running in 2012, I may wish for more "failure Obama" before I let HER in the white house! Even saying that, I doubt there will be such a worst-case scenario. I think Obama is very capable, more capable than McCain (and MUCH more capable than Palin), which is exactly why I voted for him. I don't think we can expect him to solve all the world's (or even the United States') problems with a wave of his hand, but I think he can improve matters. It doesn't take much to start a war, but it takes OODLES to end it. Oodles of what, I'll let you imagine. The point is, it's hard work. If he even makes a DENT in it for the better, I consider that a mild success.
