I really wish they survived , but as much as i want to belive the authors are gonna make them survive , i think they won't survive. I don't know they might appear as spirits and help Korra but the idea both survived is unlikely to happen. Maby Noa survived cuz he was a little further from the center of the explosion and he might have jumped out , but maby he didn't because of Tarrlok ? This is Avatar so anything might happen?

They most likely are dead, to have them survive would defeat the purpose of Tarlock's final act; to put an end to the insanity brought on by their father and continued by Noatok.

Tarrlock blast the boat with an equalist glove. So they are both dead. There is no way they could not been killed with a blast that powerful.
