	NightFrog picked Unsure: I think it could be helpful if, per say, there's poison in your body- you can cut off circulation in that area or something of that nature so it doesn't spread. I'm sure it can also work as a tourniquet. I don't know if these uses would be recognized though, since bloodbending has been used for negative purposes and earning a bad title.
