Could it be a possibility that Psychic Bending (or Telekinesis for a better term) could exist in the アバター World, または would that be considered Mary Sue/Gary Stue?
Technically, it does kinda exist because if あなた are a bender then あなた would be moving that element. So kinda if あなた think about it, telekinesis already sorta exists.
