I think dead. I have a feeling that the creators wanted their story told, and then to leave them at peace. There wouldn't have been time for either to jump off, and I don't think either would have. Tarrlok just wanted an end to their "sad story." Plus, Tarrlok had the グローブ on which ignited the boat- I can't see a way how he could survive, and even if he did try to save himself によって waterbending, water attracts electricity. And like I said, I can't see Noatak leaving his brother, especially when he was he who wanted Tarrlok to run away with him- as if there was any time, that is.
It's not that I wanted them to die, but it wouldn't make sense for them to survive that. It was a poetic death. I would still like to see もっと見る of them and hear もっと見る about them- who says death would end the talk about them?
yeah i dont buy it there both 上, ページのトップへ class waterbenders .. plus they showed the sceen from far .. begs the qustion why.. but i gess if i want another season of Korra i have hope for the bad guys to be alive .. but i guess the war is not over cause nonbenders still hate the benders .
Definitely dead. Let's think about what we saw in that last scene. There were these two characters, Amona and Tarrlok, who ロスト everything. Both of them were revealed and had to run away from Republic City. Their whole lives they ended up ebing exactly what they didn't want to be: tools for revenge. That scene in the ocean really stressed that they had no other options, no one left but each other. That is what made Tarrlok blowing up in the ボート so suspenseful. It was time for it to finally end.
