May's style is better for Gym Battles not Contests.

May! She is awesome ^^ She totally entertained from her first contest!
Problems also occured for her like she got slipped and fell on the stage but still she managed to perform well!
I say May has both power and beauty! And that what makes her a perfect co-ordinator! :)

I found that they both did very well in contests and they style is indeed a bit different,overall,but they also had different Pokemon with different moves,they faced different opponents,it's really hard to judge..but I'll go with Hikari.

Even though Dawn is younger and had less experience as I coordinator she really knocked those judges off their feet, when she performs. Plus, she even had ups and downs too, which made her an EVEN better pokemon coordinator, especialy with Ash's support! :)
