So I read on a reblogging site that Mekaku City Actors will be only 13 episodes. Really. The マンガ doesn't seem to be even halfway done with it's plot, and it's at chapter 20. They should make 2 または 3 seasons, because if they end it with a "read the manga" ending, I'm going to get really annoyed. :/

Also, the site says that Jin is making new songs for the OP and ED. Personally, I have no problems with this. I 愛 most of the songs (with only exceptions being Dead and Seek, Ene's Cyber Journey, Gunjou Rain, and Shinigami Record) and if Jin is going out of the way to make two others, that's awesome. I'm a bit upset about the fact that the original songs aren't going to be there, but I've seen those a million times, and seeing it as a theme song would get dull after a while.

~Seiyuus
Ene: Perfect. Kana Asumi voices a couple characters I know like Ran from Shugo Chara and Popura from Working, and something tells me that they were just waiting to hand Kana this role, with no hesitations.

Mary: OK, first, it's MARY, not MARRY. They went and changed the whole Kagerou wiki just because the promo put Marry, not Mary? Wow. I think of it like this: MARY is going to MARRY Seto, but her name isn't MARRY. At least, I don't think it is. (o3o) Back to the seiyuu, another perfect decision. Kana Hanazawa (not to be confused with Asumi) has voiced characters with a gentle, shy, または quiet feel to them such as Karuta from Inu x Boku SS, Anri Sonohara from DRRR, and Kanade from エンジェル Beats. Since Mary has a similar personality, this was a great pick.

Kido: In my opinion, I think Yuko sounds a bit too deep in her tone, but let's not get picky. Yuko Kaida voices quite a few characters from quite a few animes, but I unfortunately don't know any of them. None. ;-; Then again, it'll be an opportunity to see how she sounds.

Konoha: Mamoru Miyano. He is really good at voicing the loud, dramatic, and funny characters, such as Tamaki from OHSHC, Death the Kid from Soul Eater, Zange from Inu x Boku SS, and Kida Masaomi from DRRR. I thought to myself, "No. There is absolutely NO way someone that has such a voice could EVER pull off a quiet character like Konoha. They'd better change this." That is, BEFORE I saw the promo. I sat down, watched it, and my mind was blown. He pulled it off so well, I watched the promo 17 times in a row. I applaud your voice acting, Mamoru.

Momo: I saw this kind of voice coming. Someone that sounds peppy, happy, and such. Someone like......Nanami Kashiyama. From what I've researched, she only has voiced a few characters. This doesn't change the fact that the decision was great, and that this could be her big debut as a seiyuu. (Hey, I rhymed!)

Kano: Our お気に入り deceiver is voiced によって Shinnosuke Tachibana. He voices Soma from Black Butler, but that's all I know. Now here's where all the big アニメ ファン will step in and complain: "Why isn't Kano-sama voiced によって Hiroshi Kamiya? This was a bad choice." I thought this as well, then thought about Hiroshi's roles. He can pull off a mischevious side character, like Izaya Orihara from DRRR, または Hiromi Soma from Working. He is also capable of being the sarcastic protagonist, like Yuzuru Otonashi from エンジェル Beats, または Koyomi Araragi from Bakemonogatari. I think that if they aren't giving him Kano (mischevious side character) then they might reserve him for the sarcastic protagonist, who we all know is our NEET, Shintaro. Just watch. >:)

Hibiya: Just came out last week, and honestly I wasn't expecting his seiyuu to be introduced yet. I thought Shintaro または Seto would be chosen. His seiyuu is actually female (since he's a shota) and her name is Misuzu Togashi. She is yet another seiyuu I haven't seen in action yet! ;-; によって the way, what does "Maternity Spiral" mean? Does anyone know? (Side comment: His pose looks funny)

Seto: ANOTHER SEIYUU I HAVEN'T HEARD IN OTHER ANIMES YET! I need to watch もっと見る anime. ;-; His voice sounds pretty decent, but he sounds like he's being choked in the cm video. (by Kuroha, maybe? o.o) 次 should be Shintaro, right? Right?

Shintaro: Contrary to expectation, at the end of my sights...(I COULDN'T HELP BUT REFERENCE TO KONOHA'S STATE OF WORLD. SORRY.) it wasn't Hiroshi. Instead, it was someone equally as fitting: Takuma Terashima. He voices Saburo Togusa from DRRR, Kubo from Baka Test, and Yamaguchi Kenji from Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. It fit perfectly, yet again. Also, I kind of expected him to mess up and stutter. :)

Ayano: She has another perfectly fitting seiyuu: Mai Nakahara. She voices Hatsune Otonashi from エンジェル Beats, Haruna Niekawa from DRRR, (and Nagisa for all あなた Clannad ファン out there, although I haven't seen it yet. Also, I thought her hair was black. And why did they give me the feels with Ayano's Happiness Theory in the BG? ;(

A new, 16 秒 trailer came out that's an actual trailer, not a CM. It has a bit too much Ene. She's cool and all, but the only characters I saw were Ene, Shintaro, and a bit of Mary. I would've liked もっと見る variety. Also, I am hoping for as little fanservice as possible. I think the plot is good enough to stand on its own without fanservice being the main bait for the fans. (Does this trailer scream Bakemonogatari to anyone else? Just me?)

Also, the ending is PURE AWESOMENESS. It uses the 音楽 from the 16 秒 promo and the chorus is just so....UMPH! With Kano's smirk, Takane turning into Actor, Konoha seeing himself, it manages to satisfy me and all the other fans. Where's the opening, によって the way? O3O

I hope that the アニメ doesn't briefly 表示する Headphone Actor like the マンガ did. That was one of my fave songs. ;-;
