If there is anything that I like もっと見る than life itself, it’s Doctor Who, Harry Potter, and of course, anime. I saw my first アニメ almost ten years 前 during a stage where I just couldn’t sleep through the night. Every night I would go to sleep and wake up a mere three to four hours later unable to fall in sleep again. My first anime, Yu Yu Hakusho, had a five o’clock 表示中 everyday on Toonami and originally Adult Swim. The epic tale of Yusuke Urameshi drew me in. I completely loved it to death, this lead me to looking up the 表示する and discovering that it was not just a regular cartoon, it was anime. This explained the beautiful artwork, and why it differed from other shows. At this point in time I was just a ten 年 addicted to テレビ shows such as Power Rangers and Invader Zim. Discovering アニメ really changed what I watched. And in a way, I guess it just gave me something to watch every morning when I couldn’t sleep. It was way better than those 時 long テレビ advertisements; quite frankly everything was better than those vacuum commercials.
• アニメ has beautiful artwork
Okay, not EVERY アニメ has beautiful artwork. But アニメ like: Kuroshitsuji, Soul Eater, Death Note, Durarara!!, Baccano!, Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu, Ouran High School Host Club, Sekaiichi Hatsukoi, Junjou Romantica , hell I could go on and on, all have great artwork.
•Character デザイン
Once again, not all アニメ have good character designs. One of my absolute お気に入り things about アニメ is the facial expressions. I 愛 how each expression denotes moods and thoughts. Everything from the bloody nose, the sweat drop, または the ‘X’ eyes to 表示する a knockout is pure ゴールド to me. I just adore it.
•Japanese culture
Okay, their culture doesn’t normally survive the dub. But I’m basically talking about the story themes adapted into the アニメ as well as the culture of the Japanese. Everything from Japanese history, beliefs, and classical literature are adapted in anime. Since I always found the Japanese culture to be a beautiful and interesting one, it is a major bonus for me.
•75% of American テレビ sucks
Japanese and UK テレビ is 100% better than most American shows.
