I don't watch a lot of the action genre, but from what I have seen Fairy tail is pretty good! It is English subbed and dubbed. It is about a girl who gets involved with a guild and her, and the other members, go on adventures and face challenges and trials while maintaining a strong level of friendship . link I would recommend Naruto, but from your プロフィール it seems like you've already seen some of it...So I guess my 秒 recommendation would be Hunter x Hunter. This is also both dubbed and subbed in English. This one is about a young boy who travels around with a dream to become the best, and strongest Hunter out there. link I haven't watched either of these animes till the end, but from what I have seen they are both action packed and follow a meaningful story line. I hope this helps!
