Can someone help me find this アニメ please!!!

Okay so... There was this アニメ I watched a long time 前 on Netflix, but I forgot what's it called. It was about a boy, girl and scientist. They boy and girl were created after many tests. Finally, it worked and they had something special so they studied them. One 日 the lab exploded and when it did the boy and girl held hands to protect the scientist. The kids were passed out and they had like a バタフライ, 蝶 wing shield thing when they held hands. Those 3 were the only survivors. Then the story continued... I don't think I finished it so I want to continue, but I don't know what it is *cries* can someone please tell me!!!!! PLEASE!!!
