difficult question. cute characters are one thing, and attractive characters are another, it seems. i was able to come up with some cute characters who are also pretty though, which i suppose is close enough. like Chii here.
Update: Ah, I came up with a type of character that can be cute and attractive at the same time: the super shy character =) here's Onodera from Nisekoi for example (sorry Chii) they can be as attractive as possible, but once they blush, they're super cute.
