Post a Useless アニメ Character

Mine is Shirley from Code Geass
She has to be one of the most useless characters I have ever witnessed and she is only relevant to the plot によって getting in Lelouch's way
I don't hate her though

Agreed. Now she can heal people and her fighting skill has gotten better. If she and her younger self fought she'd win によって a landslide.

The Heroine from Amnesia is so useless... and the アニメ revolves around her! That's how bad it is. I mean I know she has amnesia, but she has no personality, can't think for herself, never says もっと見る than 3 full words without saying "um" または "uh", and never completes a sentence. We'd be better and get もっと見る out of it just watching the brick ウォール behind her もっと見る than what we get out of her. Honestly, I think they could have made her not even there (have like an invisible-ghost like heroine) and the アニメ would have run もっと見る interesting and smoother.

Agree so much !!! I'm watching it right now and honestly, even though it's based on an Otome Game, at least make her talk instead of constant "um"s !!! Like if you're going to make an アニメ based on a dating sim, at least do it right. (coughs like KnA did)

Glad あなた agree! I like the アニメ 全体, 全体的です and the twist at the end is interesting but it's just sad cause it could have been a lot better. There are lots of dating sims that have way better adaptions than Amnesia. Brothers Conflict is prob one of the best ones I've seen

Okay, okay, there are characters who are useless as in, they aren't needed for the plot progression of their respective series in any way, but, I get sensitive around the use of the world "useless" because it's a word I often use when describing myself. :p

It's just that some characters kinda take away from their アニメ (and a lot are some main characters). But I see this as a mistake in the making of the anime. ALL the アニメ above I think are great アニメ but I think they could have been even better if the アニメーション studios would have thought a little bit もっと見る in what the characters were doing. So I wouldn't take it the way あなた are, it’s just a misguidance with the storyboard and アニメーション teams. And I guess it goes to 表示する everyone makes mistakes but really NO ONE is useless.
