What's Baccano like?

I've heard about it before and it seems interesting because i 愛 the time period of the 1930's in New York.I heard many say after watching it it's like the most amazing thing ever. I don't know if i'll watch it yet because i'm not really into bloody things but maybe i'll try it. Is it worth it? I 愛 Issac and Mirira after seeing a scene with them XD

There is romance, but it's mostly pretty twisted, which is because half of the characters are reaching psychopathic levels または have already reached them.
