Oh, and Roranoa Zoro from One Piece with bright green hair!
Lavi and General クロス both have very bright red hair in D.gray-man,
oh, and if あなた wanna go WAY into it, Seto kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh Season 0, with his astonishing green hair!
Also, Envy from FMA has a green tint to his hair, and Yu Kanda from D.gray-man has a blue tint to his.
Allen walker has pure white hair in D.gray-man if white counts.
