Not really as much アニメ as a American cartoon designed to looks like an anime; like Teen Titans. They were both MADE to LOOK like anime, but actually weren't. :)

It's american made (like アバター as well as Teen Titans)..that's funny because Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi if I recall sang the Teen Titans theme song. oh and therefore it can't be アニメ even though it most likely was based off アニメ and even has some Japanese names..it's not an アニメ if it's not made in 日本 and not dubbed into english and others languages..anime are made in 日本 (the original version is Japanese) and it's dubbed into different languages.
