I think あなた sound most like Risa Koizumi from Lovely Complex. She always unintentionally ends up matchmaking for her friends. She definitely gets jealous easily, especially when she falls for Otani and he's dating someone else, but she is quick to recover. She is very friendship orientated, for she was even フレンズ with Otani before they fell in love. Risa is hilarious and happy. She also tends to be hyper/crazy and always makes weird faces when she's disgruntled. And Risa always has long speeches with Otani (that surely counts as talkative!) Risa is one of my お気に入り アニメ characters!!! :)
