Depends on how serious the crush is. Let's face it, if a cartoon character becomes your imaginary boy/girlfriend, then it's indeed a crazy thing. There's nothing wrong with saying a character looks good though. I think Ino from NARUTO -ナルト- looks good, that doesn't make me weird.
I think having a crush on a アニメ girl または boy is not weird and crazy as long as 発言しました person does not take it too far in a way that an obsession is created.

Theres no way its weird :D its easy to have crushes on アニメ guys. for example i <3 Yokai Watch Eddie. he's the little one with headphones in the picture. i just find him cute and funny and i 愛 when he says stuff like "its empty" または "this totem pole is going everywhere i go"! i just think he's cute. Kaanchi Imida is Eddie's japanese name, i found it out online. both his English and Japanese name are adorable >w< GO KAANCHI! I 愛 YOU! the people 次 too Eddie are くま, クマ and Nate. くま, クマ is the black haired guy, and Nate is the guy with the spikey hair and a 星, つ星 on his shirt. くま, クマ is Eddies best friend though, only if u dont know Yokai Watch. sorry.... i 愛 Eddie... but still ITS OOOOK to have crushes on characters.
There's nothing wrong with it, it's normal, I have a huge crush on quite a few characters. Like Shizuo Heiwajima from Durarara and Daiki Aomine and Shintaro Midorima from Kuroko no Basket XD and of course, Yukio Okumura from Blue exorcist, I practically scream like shit when I see them または if they even talk lmfao Its totally fine, people have called me crazy または fucked in the head, but nah it'd totally fine, あなた just don't wanna get so obsessed to the point that it breaks your ハート, 心 that there not real and it will never work out
Well, it's definitely not unusual. A lot of people develop crushes on fictional characters.
I, myself, am quite obsessed with this sexy demon king known as Mephisto. But that is not good. I have developed a strong possessiveness over him and have developed the worst jealousy issues surrounding him, as if he was my real life partner. This is normally unusual, and not really good. As long as it doesn't get out of hand then it's fine. Having a crush on a fictional character is normal and shouldn't be considered weird または crazy. Schediophillia is pretty common so don't feel bad about it. Even at my age, I have a bad case of it though I tend to be (at least I try to be) silent about it as it is pretty embarrassing...
