Need help finding new Anime, can anyone help me out?

I'm looking for a good new アニメ that I can watch for some new inspiration. The animes that I am currently watching now are The Twelve Kingdoms and Mushi-shi both which have really helped alot. Can anybody suggest any animes that are similiar to these. I like long well thought out dramatic and dramma based stories that either revolve around the スーパーナチュラル または are based in a historic and または fantacy setting. Older Teen または adult rated material preffered, and please no kiddy stuff.

Animes that I also like are:

エンジェル Sanctuary
犬夜叉
Yu Yu Hakusho
Dragon Ball Z (but please no fighting animes, I prefer drama)
Among others...
