あなた can actually draw similar to like in CL, but it's usually done with careful precision in the art of pastel blending

If it's cartoony looking, then yes, it's アニメーション (which people think is only Japanese like Family Guy and Simpsons don't exist)

アニメ and アニメーション aren't necesarily the same thing. animeshon または animesun (i forget which one) is the Japanese word for animation. "Anime" origins from 日本 (i believe) . Simpsons is just a cartoon, while shows drawn manga-style like Pokemon are considered anime. アニメ is a Japanese cartoon. I didn't think Code Lyoko was Japanese but i guess i'm wrong.....???
