I found out that they will be signing autographs and taking pictures. Make sure あなた arrive early before the crowd comes (go around noon) または if あなた cant get down there early enough wait till after the コンサート (leave about 10 分 early so that あなた can find a nice place to stand and wont have to worry about people getting in your way.) hope this helps
