Eyoung wants to play ギター with Marty Friedman. She was impressed によって his live performances. She thinks that he can express his feeling and explode pressure [Might be rocker expression?] well through music. Eyoung praises him for his wonderful techniques. She tells him she wanted to follow his style right after she listened to his music.
Eyoung shows Friedman “First Love” arranged-by-herself version [might be the one that Pledis uploaded]. She says she wasn’t sure if it’s good. Friedman tells her the song (and the fact that she plays all instruments によって herself) is awesome! Then he asked how can she plays so many instruments.
Being a child of a musician, Eyoung had gradually absorbed the charm of 音楽 and ended up with the desire to play instruments. She had learnt so many of them. When she gives some examples, Friedman says “Oh, あなた can play almost every 音楽 instruments!” Eyoung says “I’m sorry.” He asks “What for?” (Both laugh) [It’s understood that she says sorry for being able to play almost everything!!]
Eyoung usually plays 音楽 after work. While other members watch TV shows, she plays an instrument. She thinks it’s even もっと見る enjoyable than watching TV dramas. Friedman says “You’re like a male! That’s good!” [That she prefers playing 音楽 to watching dramas]
Eyoung has 4 guitars up to date. She 発言しました she wanted a Paul Reed Smith brand guitar. [The interviewer asks if Friedman has it.] He speaks (softly) that he will give ‘his’ to her. She looks excited, saying “you promised?” (laugh). He 返信 “I do.” Eyoung says “We should make a phone call after this!”
Friedman says although some musicians were able to play with difficult technique, they cannot turn back to play with simpler way. He asked about Eyoung. She says she is still able to play with basic technique. Anyway, seeing other musicians playing with difficult technique (that she cannot do it yet) always encourages her to overcome it. That’s why she prefers playing with difficult technique.
The interviewer asks them about the charm of guitar. Eyoung says it’s hard to describe. It’s just when she plays ギター she’s really into it. Friedman thinks it can be used to communicate and connect people. Eyoung agrees. She shares her experience that she once used ギター to pave a way to befriended a kid, and it seemed so successful as the kid responded back によって playing [her] guitar.
They talked about Jpop and Kpop. Friedman says he prefers K-POP for ballad, and Jpop for uptempo music. Eyoung tells him which guitarists she likes. In the end, she shows her fondness to him again によって naming him as one of her favorite. Friedman says “Wow, that’s a very good conclusion from a professional!!” (both laugh) Friedman thanked Eyoung .He also asked if she knows the way she talks to such a wild guy like him can make him falling in 愛 with her easily. Eyoung says “Yeah, I know.”
In Friedman’s pic, he says “I’m so bored with watching men playing guitar. Now, I just wanna support girls to do it.”
In Eyoung’s pic, she says “I even learned how to play 音楽 instruments before I learned how to read and write.”
