アドバイス Bought purple コーン, トウモロコシ from a group of Peru ladies

Some group of Peru ladies were walking around the beach selling purple corn. I decided to spend a quick buck to help these women out with their small business and bought myself a couple of these strange purple corn. I researched about it and turns out it’s called “purple maize” which kinda sounds cool.

My question is this, what can I do with this odd corn besides eating it? Any good dishes I can incorporate this with? Or should I just make this into a sort of juice which is quite popular in the market in different parts of the world. I thought I might as well try something new and exotic! Any suggestions guys?
