Hello there :3 I just felt like I wanted to make this Icon Request Forum, since I made a few icons the past few days. So I figured, why not?
Of course, there ARE a few guidelines and extra information:

Guidelines
1) I will not create an icon that you will use for contests. Make the icons yourself.
2) When you are using it, please put the caption, Icon by emerald_32. Its always important to credit the one who made it. Especially since there are many art thieves on the internet.

Extra Info
1) If you want your icon to be just the way you like it, please send me the pictures or background you would like me to use, to create your icon. :3
2) Remember I am not always online or on a computer, so might have to wait some time before you recieve your icon. First come, first serve basis.
3) I can only make an icon with three pictures in them, unless you want your icon to be cramped and stuff.
4) Tell me whether you want your icon to have your name on it or whatever.
