Well...she´s incredibly kind and painfully smart ;D She´s saving lives, she´s good in what she does, and she´s really pretty, strong woman who always no matter what happens seems to be self-confident. She´s kind and she´s made some mistakes, but that makes her human. Plus she can be pretty funny sometimes and I like the way she´s dealing with her life (ok, I don´t count that she cheated on her husband and all that stuff).
Her character makes good storylines and her personality fits perfectly to Greys, I miss her there ;(
